What you need:
- 4 cups of shredded chicken
- 30 oz bag of frozen broccoli (cooked)
- 1 26 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- Garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste
What you do:
Preheat oven to 350ยบ.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish, sprinkle a little more cheese on top and cook for 45 minutes. That's it! Easy peasy :) Serve over rice.
Note: you can use any type of shredded chicken. The chicken I used was cooked in the crock pot all day and then shredded. Just put some frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot, cover with chicken broth and cook on low for 8 hours. Viola! Perfect shredded chicken. Rotisserie chicken works great for this too.
